Ashish is a Vice President at neo capital and a part of the Investments team and a member of the Investment Committee. He was previously the Finance Officer – a regulated position by the DFSA, wherein he was responsible for all finance functions and regulatory reporting.
Ashish is a commercially focused financial services executive with twelve years of experience at a Real Estate focused Investment Manager, Big 4 accounting firm, healthcare focused PE fund and a real estate developer. He has experience in cross-border acquisitions, fundraising, tax structuring, valuation, debt restructuring and planning and execution of financial statement audits for clients spread across various industries (Healthcare, Aviation, Hospitality, Real Estate, Media, Insurance, Financial Services). Ashish has a strong focus on asset management, fundraising/placement, financial modeling, business planning and development strategies; Ashish has worked on several RE acquisitions worth $500m and disposals worth €100m across North America, Western Europe and UK.
Ashish has completed his certification in Real Estate Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics, an MBA in Finance from S.P. Jain School of Global Management (Australia) and a Bachelors in Finance and Accounting, and a minor in Psychology from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University (USA).
