Prior to Marshall, Deborah was the Head of Mixed Use Development at Landsec, where she led the acquisition and regeneration of major urban sites across the UK. Prior to Landsec, she headed up the Real Estate team at Neo Capital, where she shaped investment strategy and grew neo’s European and US exposure. Deborah has extensive global investment expertise through her time as Global Capital Markets Partner at Knight Frank and Investment Director at the Grosvenor Estate.
Deborah has an M.A. in French & International Relations and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. She speaks fluent French and Spanish and holds the CFA’s Investment Management.
