She is involved in effectively managing and monitoring neo capital’s foundation and is responsible in evaluation and review of all the processes within the firm necessary to produce long-term results.
Previously, Nikhila was at a leading Global Financial Institution and has over seven years of experience in Investment Management. Prior to this, she was at Deloitte as a part of the Audit and Assurance team. She has experience in Investment Management services, Client Reporting, Accounting for real estate and private equity funds and execution of Financial Statements. She has audit experience for clients spread across various industries – Healthcare, Aviation, Software, Financial Services. She was involved in implementing radical changes in strategy on various projects, ensuring efficient execution of tasks assigned.
Nikhila is a Chartered Accountant, ACA, member of the ICAI and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
