Lilly Kagwa is the Head of Client Management and Placement at neo capital. With over a decade of professional experience across the Middle East and Europe, she primarily focuses on the operational and regulatory aspects of the business.
Lilly is responsible for all aspects of client management, operational management, regulatory client compliance, funds management and distribution, as well as strategic coordination. She contributes to the tactical development and execution of neo capital’s long-term objectives and alignment of the company’s overall strategy. Lilly also holds the position of Company Secretary, where she is accountable for the seamless liaison with the DIFC jurisdiction and DFSA regulatory body.
Prior to her current position, Lilly was a Senior Manager at a large UK based Solicitors, advising on a variety of Civil Law cases and managing a number of high-profile clients.
Lilly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Southampton Solent University, England, and MBA Essentials Qualification from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
