Tarek El Harati is an Investment Analyst at neo capital. He is a part of the investment team and involved in all acquisition and post-acquisition operations from sourcing, initial valuation, due diligence, asset acquisition and asset management.
Prior to joining neo capital, Tarek worked as an Investment Analyst at FFA Real Estate participating in all aspects of the investment process mainly focusing on the acquisition of real estate opportunities in Europe and the management of the company’s portfolio in Germany and Poland. Prior to FFA, Tarek was a Senior Financial Analyst at CSC Group where he was responsible of preparing and analysing the financial statements of the Group.
Tarek is a CFA Charterholder, he also holds a Master’s degree in Risk and Finance from the University of Southampton in the UK and a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the Lebanese American University.
