Neel is an Investment Analyst at neo capital. He is a part of the investment team that is primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investment and acquisition opportunities. In addition to pre-acquisition due-diligence and underwriting, he is also involved in post-acquisition asset management and monitoring activities for neo capital’s investment portfolio. Neel has over 6 years of experience in real estate investments and valuations. Prior to Neo Capital, he was a part of the investments and acquisitions team at DAMAC Properties, focused on real estate investments across asset classes such as residential, office, retail, warehousing, hospitality, and data centres exclusively in overseas markets such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Indian Ocean islands. Prior to DAMAC, Neel worked as an engagement lead within CBRE's Strategic Consulting and Valuation Advisory team in Mumbai. During his time at CBRE, Neel undertook a wide variety of assignments, providing real estate investment and valuation advisory services across Western India to a wide spectrum of clients including investment banks, private equity firms, real estate developers, NBFCs, banks and land owners. Neel has completed his Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune and has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
